2. Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in a massage or bodywork session is voluntary. I may communicate preferences, ask questions, request appropriate adjustments, or ask for the session to stop at any time.
3. Clear Communication
I agree to communicate relevant comfort preferences, areas to focus on or avoid, and health information that could reasonably affect the session. I understand that Mary may ask clarifying questions before or during an appointment.
4. Respect & Boundaries
I agree to treat Mary, the premises and any other people present with respect. I understand that boundaries apply throughout the appointment and that inappropriate, threatening, coercive, unsafe or unlawful behavior may cause the session to end immediately.
5. Health Acknowledgement
I understand that massage and bodywork are not medical diagnosis or treatment. I will disclose relevant conditions when appropriate and seek qualified medical guidance when I am unsure whether massage is suitable for me.
6. Appointment & Payment Acknowledgement
I understand that a booking request is not confirmed until Mary accepts the requested details. If a deposit is required, I will review the amount and any booking-specific cancellation or rescheduling terms before sending payment.
7. Privacy & Discretion
I understand that appointment information will be handled according to the website Privacy Notice and that I should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary forms, text messages or email.
8. Agreement to Website Terms
By submitting a booking request, I confirm that I have had the opportunity to review the Terms & Agreement and Privacy Notice and that the information I provide for my appointment is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
